Remember when we sit together on a moonlit night

Huddled around the campfire light

Singing about Jesus and all He is doing

We raise our voices and the Spirit’s moving

 

Remember staring at the campfire flames

Watching it spell out its Maker’s name

Singing and watching the consuming fire

We raise our voices higher and higher

 

We are in the presence of the Rock of our Salvation

He is in our midst

Our days are as, our bones the wood in the fire

But let our voices be joyful, raise higher

 

Remember the campfire built high

Burning up towards the sky

Talking about the Refiner’s fire

We are in the presence of the Rock of our Salvation

We offer an able sacrifice of praise to Him

For He is in our midst

He’s the consuming fire, His flames raise higher,
